My style is realism and I create these effects through acrylic paintings and pencil drawings. I am dedicated to providing exceptional customer care and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
If you have hired me to work with you on a commission piece, progress pictures will be sent to you along the way to ensure the piece is moving along according to plan.
I do select pieces to document through a short video. If yours is selected for this, you will be given the video for free and it will be added to my video collection!

5. Commissions and Custom Orders 5.1 If you request a custom commission, you agree to provide the necessary details and instructions for the work.
5.2 A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. The terms of the commission (including pricing, timeline, and delivery) will be agreed upon separately via email or written agreement.
5.3 Once a commission is finalized and delivered, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Shipping and Delivery 6.1 For physical artwork or products, we will ship to the address provided during checkout.
6.2 Shipping times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
6.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply.
7. Returns and Refunds 7.1 Due to the nature of artwork and custom commissions, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged upon delivery or not as described.
7.2 If an item is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within [10] days of receipt and provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos). We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund if appropriate.
